A modular brass candleholder
Blom is a candleholder developed for Skultuna, rooted in the brand’s core values of timelessness, quality, and longevity. The design responds to a need for versatility in objects that remain relevant over time.
The candleholder is fully reversible: one side holds a traditional taper candle, while the other accommodates a tealight. This dual functionality allows Blom to adapt to different settings, moods, and occasions.

Its modular design allows each unit to interlock, making it possible to build larger, sculptural arrangements.
Compatible with Skultuna’s existing vase inserts, the candleholder can also be used for floral arrangements.
Inspiration
When designing Blom, I took inspiration from two-dimensional patterns, where a few simple shapes come together to form a repeatable motif that can grow and expand. I explored this through sketching different patterns, one of which became the foundation for developing my modular three-dimensional form.
Blom is not a static object, but an invitation to interact, rearrange, and personalize.
